MACRO CONSULTATION

Macro Consultation- This is either a phone call, zoom or facetime call that we do a deep dive into your current nutrition regimen. I will find out all the essential things and we will work together to create a macro guide for you. This will also come with a same break down of everything we discussed on our call to ensure you are able to follow and stick with everything we come up with together. This is for ANYONE, ANY EXPERIENCE level, who really wants to nail down their nutrition with something you can really trust in the period of time that you do not have a coach doing all of this for you! The biggest thing to take away from this is that it is an educational call where you can ask me any and everything nutrition & supplementation <3
